Rodney brings more than 15 years of Commissioning experience, specializing in Boilers, Chillers, Gen-Sets, and controls integration in Higher Education, Mission Critical Labs (BSL), Healthcare, Research, Manufacturing, and Commercial applications.
He is involved in Engineering Consultation, Project Management, and Business Development on new, retro and energy efficiency projects.
Rodney is a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) and NICET Certified.

Kevin is a professional engineer with 15+ years in consulting engineering, specializing in healthcare facilities. Kevin brings project and office management skills to ACS and is involved in the operations, project financials, engineering consultation, and client management.
Kevin has managed teams across an extensive project list. He is experienced in both project design and construction phase efforts and guiding project teams through critical decisions. He brings successful history in cost management and maintaining project budgets both internally and externally.
Kevin is a Professional Engineer in the state of Texas as well as a certified LEED AP BD+C through the US Green Building Council.

MICHAEL SCOTT

Michael is a technical leader in mechanical and building automation control systems with experience in commissioning, MEP design, facility assessments, energy audits, and project management. Michael’s experience includes new regional hospitals, major hospital renovations, 20+ story high rise, laboratory, pharmacy, academic, hospitality, municipal, multifamily, mixed-use commercial, and central plant replacements.
While working as a mechanical engineer, Michael was both MEP project manager and lead mechanical engineering for major hospital projects. He has lead commissioning teams and provides technical oversight for commissioning new projects, retro-commissioning, facility assessments, and energy audits nationwide.
Michael is a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas (PE), and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
